Grace said the visit was good. She said overall the process was really long, but they were trying to do the best quality work and she was definitely really pleased with the quality of the work they performed. She was never really told when the vehicle would be ready, they gave her an estimate. She said she didn't think they could commit to an exact time, but she chose not to elaborate. She said Stephanie, the estimator was really helpful and very supportive. She did a good job, considering she had to coordinate with this business and Geico. She said she purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz and to keep the certification this was the only repair business recommended by the Mercedes dealership. She was very happy.
