Donald said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because he keeps having to take his vehicle back and he has a left taillight issue that the business has not yet resolved. His vehicle was not ready when promised. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because the business gave him bad information. He was not satisfied with the business's communication and he would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.

Donald as you know your insurance company demanded that we use a used tail lamp in your car because of the age of your car. I have a new OE tail lamp here for your car, but your insurance company has still not approved us to install it in your car. Maybe you could give them a call and complain to them for trying to put inferior parts on your Mercedes. I am still working on getting the approval and will get this resolved even if we have to pay the difference in price, because our customers are the heart of our business.
