Stan said he waited at this business three hours and they forgot he was there, so they gave him a certificate for a free oil change as a consolation. He said it took a month for them to finish the work and the passenger's side window still doesn't function properly. He said the work took two weeks longer than promised and the delay was probably caused by the insurance. He said the insurance company kept him informed and the business didn't contact him until they completed the repairs.
