Peter said his vehicle was ready four days later than promised. The reason for the delay was because they called him on his business phone on Friday afternoon saying his vehicle was ready but he did not get the message until Tuesday morning. They did not make an effort to contact him on any of the other phone numbers they have on file for him. He was not satisfied with their communication and would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. They also ran down his battery some how when they had his vehicle and he had to pay three hundred dollars to have it replaced. He mentioned he has already filed a complaint to this business.

Peter I have pulled your file and the only number that you gave us was your work number. I would also like to add that you called our business everyday that your car was here and you were told every day that the car would be ready on Friday. In the future it may be wise to give additional numbers and maybe check your voice mail on a more regular basis.
