James said he got this vehicle back 1 week late because of the insurance. He stated he thinks the insurance didn't want a part that was needed ordered and then they had to return to this business to access the additional damage that was found. James chose not to elaborate. He mentioned the communication from the estimator was fabulous, and he was a total pro.
