William said his overall experience was bad because he had to return to the business a second time and he's going to take the vehicle back again. He said there should have been 20 clips on the front grill of his vehicle instead of 16 and the Cadillac logo is peeling off. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.

William I know that we have already identified that the holes that you thought clips should be in were not supposed to have clips, but I am glad that you came to let us make sure that we had repaired your car correctly. Thanks again!
