Daryl said that the business was supposed to replace one of his tires but did not. He found that the tire was just rotated to the back of the vehicle like the business was trying to hide it. The repairs took 16 days longer than he expected due to extra parts having to be ordered. He was given the runaround by the personnel when it came to trying to get a definite delivery date. Due to this experience, he will not recommend the business.

This was an unfortunate problem, your insurance company did not approve the replacement of the tire in their intial estimate. They only approved it after both you and I contacted them with the complaint after you took delivery of your car. We never charged for a tire and yes we did rotate it to the rear of the car for safety reasons. The good news is by us working together, we now have the approval to replace the tire. I do wish that we had the authority to spend insurance companies money, but the fact is we do not. The delays were also created in part by the insurance company and also numerous parts orders. With all of the unknown's it is next to impossible to give an exact delivery date. We do apologize for the issues that this wreck has caused you and your family.
