Joe I wanted to take a minute to say thank you. The biggest complaint that we get is that we do not communicate well. I have often wondered why that is because we call as often as we can or when there is a change in the repair status. Some times things do not change for two to three days and some customers call every day some times twice per day. When that happens it is hard to accept the idea that we did not communicate as we did not have the chance! So thank you for allowing us to repair your son's car and by the way he was a great young man.
