Stephanie said they were dishonest with her about the work being completed. She was not told that her vehicle would not be ready until she got there and does not know why. She did not elaborate further as to the length of the delay. There was no communication at all. That was a real inconvenience for her so she will not recommend this place of business. She said she thinks the person who did the estimate was dishonest as well.

Mrs. Moore I am very sorry that you feel the way you do. You have said that we were dishonest, I say we tried to tell you the truth and you called the truth an excuse! The truth is that your car was delayed one day due to one of our painter's 3 year old daughter had a massive cancer tumor removed. Thank God that she is now okay and cancer free! Due to the one day delay we paid for your rental for 5 days because your schedule wouldn't allow you to pick up your car until Friday even though it was ready on Tuesday. We also discounted your repairs by $300.00 to offset your inconvience of diriving here on a Monday before receiving a call saying your car was ready. Hopefully you want need our services again as the body shop repairs aren't like having your oil changed.
