Charlene said that it took too long to get her vehicle back. She feels that since it took longer than expected the business should have paid the difference for the rental she had. Charlene said that her vehicle was 3 weeks late because they were waiting for parts and then had to send it out to have the vehicle painted. She said the only contact is when she called the business.

Charlene we do apologize for the delays in your repairs due to not being able to get the parts needed to repair your car. The repairs would have been on time if only we could have gotten the parts in a reasonable time frame. We did have to paint the replaced parts as they don't come to us painted, however we do all of our paint work in house. We hope that in the end you are happy with your car and we thank you for allowing us to repair it!
