Spoke with Susan. She said this business was not stellar or perfect but they were very, very good. She expected her vehicle to be ready in 5 days as promised but it took over 2 weeks because of parts delays. She rented a very expensive van that became a hardship. She was disappointed with that. She would have liked to have been better kept informed. She had to contact them to get updates. They were very, very nice and very helpful. They even took some money off at the end because of the rental expense. She would recommend them in a minute. The staff was professional and excellent.
