Kelly said she gave the 1 because it looks like this business spilled something on the vehicles' hood. When they tried to wipe it off the hood was scraped in the process. This is also why she would not recommend them to others.

Kelly after reviewing your file I noticed that we only worked on your rear bumper. After speaking with you about your hood and the problem with it, as I said we would be glad to look at it and take care of the stained area. We look forward to you bringing the car in to get the issue resolved.
