Dean said he was not pleased with the communication and the work that was done. His vehicle was about 10 days late and they told him that someone must have given him the wrong time estimate. He said the communication was poor. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call and some of his calls were not returned. He would not recommend this business as a result of this visit.

This was a second Repair order for a second repair no work was performed for this customer on this repair order!
