Brian said his vehicle was 2 days late because of parts delay, but that was not a problem for him. The only issue he has is that the business did not do upholstery repairs so they recommended a person they use to do the repair. The problem is the quality of the repair on the doors upholstery is very bad. The person who did the repair stated it would look 85 percent better and in his opinion it doesn't look anywhere near that. If he would have known what it was going to look this bad then he would have had the business just replace the entire door panel. The business should better evaluate the people they use for outside repairs. Brian is very pleased with the body work and will be going back to the business in the future.
