Landon said it took a long time to get his vehicle back. The facility had the vehicle for about two months, which was two weeks longer than he had expected. The facility told him the delay was caused by the insurance company, but he thinks it was probably because the facility was overbooked. He said he thought it was ridiculous for the facility to have his vehicle for so long because the repairs really weren't very complicated. He was not satisfied with the communication from the facility. He had to call about 100 times and he was always getting transferred around. He said when he left messages they did not return them. The vehicle was repaired correctly.
