Diana stated that the vehicle was about 5 days late and they didn't give her a reason for the delay. She mentioned that they didn't call her about the status of the vehicle she had to call them to get updates. Diana wasn't satisfied with the communication because they didn't contact her, she had to contact them. She wouldn't recommend the business because of the lack of communication. However, she did mention that because of the quality of the repair she would have reservations and might. Diana had used the business before and said that she needed that vehicle by a certain time because she did dog shows. They didn't get the vehicle done on time after promising they would have the vehicle done by that time. The gentleman that was helping her then said that she would just have to miss the dog show then. Diana mentioned that this was two years ago and he no longer works for the business. Therefore, even though it was much better this time and she wasn't treated that way, she heard that there was a hail storm and the business got busy because of hail damaged vehicles. She mentioned that if this was the case it would have been nice if the business would have at least informed her of this situation.
