Review for Crest Cadillac Collision Center

Lynn said it was a day late, and he wasn't really given a reason, but he was more than willing to give them extra time to make sure it was right. He chose this facility because he bought his vehicle from Crest Cadillac. He had 3 other estimates which were all a little bit less, but even though it was more he felt comfortable this business knew all the workings and knew what it would need. He also felt he'd get original Cadillac parts, and not after market parts. The estimator did a great job and it was quick. This was a rear bumper repair, and the estimator knew almost off the top of his head what would be needed, so he was very knowledgeable. Lynn added this was his 2nd experience and he was satisfied with both.
