Dwayne said his vehicle was pushed a long way so he wanted the business to check for incidentals that might not be superficial. After his vehicle was initially ready he asked them to look it over, which he assumed meant they'd send it for service. They held onto his vehicle for two more weeks during which time he thought his vehicle was in service. His wife called and found out the vehicle never went for service. They found damage to the vehicle but decided against fixing it since they didn't believe the insurance would pay. Now he said he feels they held onto his vehicle for those additional two weeks to create the illusion they actually did what he requested, even though they didn't. He knows they didn't send his vehicle to service because his emergency brake isn't working and that's something a service advisor would've caught. He said his insurance agent told him all communication from the business would take place behind the scenes so there was no need to keep him informed. He would not recommend them right now for reasons already mentioned. He touched base with his insurance company and they told him to take the vehicle back in so he plans to do that.
