Ganachari said there were communication problems between himself, this business and the rental vehicle business regarding the return of the rental vehicle to the appropriate facility. He received a call from the rental service telling him his vehicle needed to be returned immediately. He called this business and then involved the insurance company but was unable to reach anyone who could help him. He even asked to leave an urgent message. The rental business added extra charges for the rental vehicle. He said it was a terrible experience. He was absolutely satisfied with the staff, quality of work and thoroughness of repairs. He would definitely recommend them to others.
