Clare said her vehicle was day later than promised because the work wasn't right and they wanted to redo the paint work. When she would call to speak with the person she was working with she would not get a return call. If she called the main line whoever answered the phone would be able to get the employee, but if she called her line directly she would get the voice mail and no return call.
