Karen said she is really grateful and she appreciates this business and their staff. She said Randy took good care of her and her vehicle. He had the recall work done for her at the same time, so she would not have to make a second trip. She really appreciates the salesperson, Johnny who she has bought two vehicles from. Chris is wonderful. She emailed a letter to this business for the wonderful experience she has had with them.
