Chris said nothing was done to his vehicle at this business and they had it for 4 days. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs because they did not do any work to his vehicle. He is unable to evaluate when his vehicle was ready because no work was done. They didn't contact him at all during the repairs he had to contact them. He was not satisfied with the communication at this business because there was none, and he had to call them and they still wouldn't be aware of the status of his vehicle. He would not recommend this business for service because of the bad experience that he had with them.

Chris I do apologize that you feel the way you do, however as you say over and over NO WORK WAS DONE ON YOUR CAR. That is because it was a total loss and it took your insuarance company 4 whole days to deem it a total loss, pretty quick response from them. We can't communicate when there is nothing to communicate! Hopefully you want have another accident but if you do perhaps you should consider another repair shop!
