Jana said they were very unprofessional and unknowledgeable at this business. They did replace her armrest covers or replace vents like they said they would. They didn't keep in contact with her, so she had to keep checking up on the status of her vehicle herself. They were supposed to clean her leather seats but ended up rubbing it so hard that the black leather became brown in several spots. They told her to use shoe polish or magic marker to cover up the brown spots. She won't recommend for these reasons.
