Spoke with Johanna. She said it took about a week longer than promised because they found additional damage and they had to wait for a part. She appreciated that they took the time to find additional damage so that the vehicle would be fixed correctly. She said her father wanted to have his work done at this business because their affiliated dealership has been so good to him for years.
