Kelli said they did not tell her when the vehicle would be ready, but the work took 6 weeks. They replaced a door for her and she was told they forgot to order some of the parts for the door. She was not kept adequately informed because the business did not call her. She said she is unsure if she is satisfied with the estimate because her insurance company paid for it. She was not happy with the communication because she wasn't kept informed about how long the work would take. She would not recommend this facility to others because the service took way too long. She chose this business because her vehicle was in the service department for a month and she decided to have the door done.
