Maya said she is very dissatisfied with her overall experience. She said she received poor customer service. She called this business for updates about parts and the progress of the repairs and this business did not call her or return her calls. When she was filling out the paperwork to pick her vehicle up a gentleman threw a red file folder over her head to another staff member. When the vehicle was ready no one walked her to the vehicle to go over the repairs with her. She will not recommend them to others or return based on this experience.
