Mark said he has had three other vehicles at this business before and he has never had any issues with them. He had a slight tussle with the rental vehicle arrangements and the estimator could have been a little better. She did not contact him with the estimate when it was ready and he had to contact her, but she was hardly there when he called and she did not return his calls. The only way this business could serve him better is to put out refreshments in the waiting room on Saturdays as there was not even water available.
