Michael said there were some scuff marks on the finish. It took 2 separate visits. He said the personnel are disorganized at the front desk and they do not pay attention to details. There's a paint bubble on the hood of his vehicle that still needs to be fixed. Keith is a good communicator and he is nice. His vehicle was dirty when he picked it up.
