Bonnie said the repairs this business did to her vehicle were okay from what she can tell. Her vehicle was 2 days late. It was supposed to be painted on Friday but the painter was sick. Then on Monday they got behind so it did not get painted. On Tuesday they had a snow problem so it was not painted until Wednesday. They did not telephone her at all to update her on the status of her vehicle until she called to find out about it. She told the person in charge, James Huli, that she would need a ride when he telephoned her that the vehicle was ready. He said he would have the driver there by 3 pm. The driver did not show up. She telephoned them four times to find out about her ride. She spoke with the service manager, Jeff Mitchell, at 5 pm and he told her all he could do was apologize. He got there at a quarter to 6. The courtesy driver told her he was not doing anything at 3 pm but no one told him until 5 pm. The service representative, Jay, has always taken care of her and he tried to help with the situation to get her a ride. She would not recommend them to others because she has been buying vehicles from them since the early 80's and she has never been treated like this.
