Richard said he rated his overall experience with the business low because they do good work but there was one person who was rude. The office manager needs improvement. He was not given an estimated time on when his vehicle was going to be ready and he needed his vehicle. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process he did not elaborate on a reason why. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because of their attitude. He will never go to the business again. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because most of them were professional but there was one who was like a bad apple to spoil the rest of the bunch but the others were nice. He was not satisfied with the shops communication and would not recommend this facility to others because of the reasons already stated.
