Perry said the facility didn't have his vehicle ready when they said. The vehicle was ready 3 or 4 days late because they needed to order a specific part. He isn't sure if the delay is their fault or not. The facility could have done a better job to keep him updated. He had not heard anything in a couple of days and he had to call them to find out what was going on.
