Cassandra we do apologize for your experience, and as we did tell you the vibration is coming from out of balance tires. The collision did not involve the tires in any way. The final estimate and the repair invoice that you were given is all of the information that we can provide you about the repairs as they are both blueprints of the exact repairs done to your car.
