Spoke with Connie. She said there were scheduling issues and communication issues that she did not like. They did not keep her informed and she had to follow up with them. She was satisfied with the staff because although they were not unkind, they were not organized and did not communicate with her. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. She noted their quality of work is excellent but her adjuster had warned her about their reputation for not keeping the customer updated.
