Billy said the vehicle was not ready on time. He was not satisfied with the quality because a piece of the tail pipe was too far off and it should have been done right the first time. The vehicle was 2 weeks late and he doesn't know the reason for the delay. He said he feels like they are poorly organized. He was not kept informed and he had to call them about the process. The insurance dealt with the estimate. He has spoken with the manager and he was told to bring the vehicle back. He will do so as soon as he has the time, but he will not recommend this facility because he has to return. He made several phone calls and chose this facility because they are a certified BMW business.

Billy as you know we definetly want to make sure that you are happy with the final repairs. As we dicussed the exhaust was installed at the BMW dealership and we also discussed the time delays. The exhaust and the time we waited for it to come in and be installed was the reason for the 2 week delay. Please allow us to take care any issues that you may have.
