Marissa said there was a little bit of miscommunication about who was going to get her rental vehicle. She was told when she got there it would be all taken care of, but it was not. She was told to come get her vehicle at 5:00 pm, as though the insurance company was going to charge her for another day for the rental, but that was not the case.
