James said this business did an excellent job. They were careful with him and made an effort to deliver his vehicle as promised. He waited an additional half hour or forty five minutes for his vehicle when he went to pick it up but he was not given a reason for the delay. He was not generally kept informed but he would be given information when he contacted them. He did not communicate with anyone but Nate.
