James said he thought his vehicle would be fixed right because this business is a reputable Honda business but they put a used headlight assembly in and it was yellow. After he brought the vehicle back and he complained this business did put a new headlight assembly in for him. He stated that he is unsure why they changed the headlight because he took pictures right after the accident and the headlight was fine. Also, he mentioned that he was not promised a time when the vehicle would be done. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he did not hear from this business unless he called. He waited two weeks and he called but no one called him until the vehicle was ready. Lastly, he stated that this business did not provide an estimate for his vehicle because if they did he would have said something about the headlight assembly then. For these reasons he would not recommend this business.
