Barbara said the business said their service would take four to five days instead it took five weeks due to several employee issues. She said they never followed up with her or returned her calls. She called about five times before she reached someone who could explain to her what was going on. She was not satisfied with the updates, the personnel or the communication for this reason. She will not recommend this business due to the reasons mentioned.
