Tara said it took 1 week longer than the promise set date. She does not know the reason why she was not kept informed. They gave her updates only when she called. That is also the reason why their communication can use a little improvement.

Tara, I appologize for the delays, we found additional damages. This should have been explained to you by our shop and your insurance company. I will speak to our associates and try to do a better job. Thanks for the opportunity to serve your needs!
