Brenda said she brought her vehicle in on a Thursday. When she called them on Monday, they had not started on her vehicle yet. They gave her an estimated time of completion of four or five days but there was no promise date given. They did not call her to let her know her vehicle was ready, she had to keep calling them. She was not satisfied with an employee who works there who was not very helpful, but there was an employee she spoke with often who was nice. She was not satisfied with their communication for the reason mentioned. She would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
