Don said the customer service offered by Nate was fantastic. Nate inspected the vehicle and thoroughly explained everything to him. The cost was affordable. He was very pleased with the repairs. He was not satisfied with the communication. The employee answering the phones forgot to communicate to Nate that he was taking the vehicle in. His fiance's mother takes her vehicle to this business for repairs. She had referred him and thought it was a wise decision.
