Lynn said he is very unhappy at the fact that he had to go back and forth and fight with this facility. He also had to fight the insurance company about the damage that was done during the accident, which he had to prove was done. It was the mechanical part that they did not want to fix. After a long time of proving it, they did take care of it but that should not have been the case. They had his vehicle for over two weeks and part of that was getting them to accept the mechanical problems that were caused by the accident. He also had to make all the calls he would have liked to have been updated with the status of his vehicle. The second delivery date they did make. Better communication would be helpful because this was a real inconvenience for him. He would recommend this facility because of the quality of work, but other than that he would be a little hesitant.
