Juan said that the insurance company delayed the repairs for a week by not responding to the business in a timely manner. There were additional damages found and the vehicle sat while the business waited for the revised estimate. Juan would have liked the business to start the work that was already approved by the insurance company. He had to initiate contact with the business to find out the progress of the repairs.
