Fred said they did good work and were friendly but did not seem overly organized or knowledgeable about what was happening with his vehicle. He said the repair took a longer than expected but there was no real promise date. The expected 2 weeks became three and a half weeks. He was not kept adequately informed and had to keep calling for information. He was somewhat satisfied with the communication adding it was not horrible but not what he expected.
