Spoke with John Paul. He stated he had one issue with a questionable scratch on one of the doors on his vehicle, but does not know if it was the business's fault or his. He did say they gave him a good deal and fixed the issue for him. He also added the late rental vehicle was an issue because even though his insurance made a reservation for his wife to have a vehicle, his wife was unable to get a vehicle at the time she needed it. John Paul said this business has always been good in the past.
