Darlene said they had her vehicle for more than six weeks and there was barely any communication during that time. It took longer than expected and they were having trouble on getting the right parts from Porsche. She did not elaborate as to the length of the delay. Updates were not forthcoming from this business and she called to get the information along with sending a few emails or so. There was little communication unless she initiated the contact.
