Freda said when she called and told them what she wanted done the person she spoke with did not write it down. So the mechanic did not fix the noise in the door. He took the rubber thing off and it still is not on right either. Her sensor in the back was not pushed in when she dropped it off and he is trying to tell her that who ever worked on her vehicle super glued the sensors in, but it was not like that. He said he must have misunderstood her when she first called. There was no set time but they had her vehicle for three days. She told him that she did not have a rental. She is a caregiver and she had to drive 25 miles away and get to work, that was a very big inconvenience for her. She had to do all the calling to find out the status of her vehicle. He also told her she would have to pay more money to get her sensor back to the way it was when she dropped off her vehicle. She would not recommend them at this time for the reasons mentioned.
