Ashley said she was not completely satisfied with her overall experience because there was a communication problem. Her vehicle was two days late because there was more work to be done. They did not call her, she had to call them to get updated. They should have called her.

We do apologize for the lack of communication, we had two of our estimators that had a bad accident. This left us with a skeleton crew. The insurance company wrote the estimate and a supplement we required to get your vehicle repaired properly. We do hope that the repairs met your expectations and we appreiciate your business.
