Loretta said they started off really nice at first. She wanted an original manufacturer part put on her vehicle, but they were trying to put on an after market part. She also had work she needed done to her bumper she was going to pay for out of pocket for. When she picked up her vehicle, she noticed it had not been done, so she tried to find out why it was not done. No one could give her an answer. She waited longer for her vehicle due to a parts delay. She called but no one would return her calls. She was not satisfied with the communication for reasons already stated. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
