Ann explained she will need to bring her vehicle back in on Monday for a barely noticeable dent on the hood and some scuffing on a headrest. She already spoke to Carl about these issues and he invited her to come back so he could take a look at them and make things right. She already told Fred Duke from Allstate this business was very honest and wonderful and she was really impressed. When she received her vehicle back, it had been detailed inside and out, had no smudges, a vacuumed floorboard with mats lifted up. Cleaning her vehicle added extra polish to her experience. Being kept updated and the communication weren't as efficient, because the man helping Carl was too busy to call her back and she left many messages. She suggested they could use another person to triage the calls, because they were so busy they were standing up and taking bites between phone calls. There was a 1 or 2 day delay while Allstate had to authorize a supplemental repair. Before coming to this business, she called two businesses on Murfreesboro road and was left on hold or told they were too busy. When she went to Coal Springs Toyota, they quoted her $6,000 for the repairs and displayed a 5 foot tall sign stating they weren't responsible damage, fire, or theft for the vehicles while they were working on them. She then contacted Dent Wizard, and they gave her a choice of businesses to go to.
